What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Zagers, answering calls and providing outstanding service to our valued customers. This includes:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls promptly and courteously, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued.
- Managing service schedules for all technicians, parts orders, and service dept billing.
- Providing accurate information and guiding customers to the appropriate department or person for their needs.
- Skillfully addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, working to find solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Becoming proficient in our systems, including MS Office Suite, Docusign, and Evosus Platform.
- Collaborating effectively with team members across departments to create a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Embracing ongoing training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and customer service skills.
