We are seeking a Kitchen Staff to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.

- Hot line
- Dishwashers/Prep
There are three roles on the Hot Line. Grill, Fry & Middle. You will be responsible for stocking & producing the menu items from you station. You will also learn to produce items from house recipes.
Duties:
· Properly set plates with accompanying sauces and items
· Communicate with the Salad station as to which items are coursed with hot line items
· Communicate with FOH employees food that need to be delivered to tables
· Learn table numbers and assist with running food
· Prep sauces, dressings, desserts, peel & eat shrimp following house recipes see detail sheet
· Properly label and date items, keep dating consistent through production
· Keep clean work area following “Running Duties” on detail sheet
· Follow “Daily Detail Cleaning” on detail sheet
· Be able to follow guideline for safe food handling: gloves, hat/hair net, proper cooling of items
· Peel Shrimp
· Put up deliveries
· Keep floors free of debris and mopped dry
· Keep walls, shelves and doors clean
· Take out trash
· Perform other duties assigned by management. These duties are our expectation of you representing our business and may be modified or changed at any time. We will try to inform you of any changes at the beginning of your shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
