The role of a server/bartender is to provide knowledgeable service to our guests in a courteous and professional manner and to support other FOH staff to ensure smooth and consistent service to all guests

Duties:
- Provide service to guests as described in FOH Handbook
- Learn menu items and be able to pass menu test
- Check availability of items: Fish, vegetables, specials, 86’d items & bar items
- Update service board and communicate 86’d & “low call” items with coworkers
- Communicate with BOH employees
- Clean tables and prepare them to be seated
- Carry trays, ice buckets, & bus tubs up to 30lbs
- Run food
- Learn and use proper position/pivot points
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Put away deliveries
- Update chalk boards
- Seat tables if necessary
- Follow “Daily Detail Cleaning” on detail sheet
- Sweep & mop dining areas
- Fold napkins
- Polish and roll silverware
- Take out trash at the end of night
- Perform other duties assigned by management. These duties are our expectation of you representing our business and may be modified or changed at any time. We will try to inform you of any changes at the beginning of your shift.
Applicants must be capable of working in a fast paced environment as well as being able to support other positions in the restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position will excel in communication and be guest service oriented, have a strong work ethic, dependable transportation and have a passion for food and service.
