ZACHRY is currently seeking an experienced Document Control Coordinator I for our EXXONMOBIL located in Beaumont. Texas. NO PER DIEM IS OFFERED.
Position Summary
This Coordinator position will assist the Document Controls Manager/Supervisor in receiving, maintaining, validating, inventorying, printing and issuing of vital construction documents. A Document Management Clerkisresponsibleforthereceipt, processinganddistributionofallprojectdocumentsreceived from third party andinternal clients according to Zachry standards operating procedures.

CustomerService–meetingandgreetingallindividualsthatmaycomeintoofficewhilestayingontask. IWPs are the heavy traffic item,but we must be able to helpwith all issues that couldtake you away from your current task.
Programming – Aconex (EDMS that we currently use), Document Locator/Ensemble (responsible engineer onsite EDMS and will need to download from it daily), Power Bi (program that deals with IWPs check in check out system that will be used daily and will run reports from
Drawing/Documents - Will need to have a general understanding of drawings/documents and how they are looked up in our EDMs, and how to retrieve them when needed.

- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be computer proficient including a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred candidate will have previous experience in a clerical or administrative position.
- Preferred Candidate will have previous experience working with document controls or equivalent position.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Will receive written, verbal, and electronic requests for documents.
- Will receive both physical and electronic documents.
- Will create official business memorandums and letters.
- Will print and issues documents to approved requestors.
- Will communicate with and submit requests to various departments in regards to documentation adjustments, release and return of documents, and other requested information.
- Will use varies computer programs in receiving and tracking documents, and will work with various types of printers in creating hard copies per requests.

Mid-level Excel background – formulas (must understand the basics of how is works), troubleshooting (must be able to determine and or identify if a problem occurs), delimited (must pay attention to details and understanding the data you are working with), importing data (must be able to work with multiple windows open when doing this while getting all information over correctly)
- Must be organized and have the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to quickly learn processed and adapt to changes quickly.
- Must be able to follow directions precisely as given.
- Must be able to work varying hours as required to support construction operations.
- Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of sitting and working on a computer.
- Will talk and hear to communicate.
- Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools.
- May be required to lift, carry and move up to 35lbs.
- Position may occasionally be required to spend time on the construction site and will need to have the ability to walk and climb various outdoor conditions.
- Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and leather work boots.
