What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Cloud Engineer - TS Clearance position at Zachary Piper Solutions?
- This position requires an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility for consideration*
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform the engineering role on behalf of the Customer, including deployment and maintenance of customer infrastructure and all application-related responsibilities on Mission Enclave environment.
- System health monitoring include Azure Solution System Health, Program Application availability, and Capacity Management.
- Operational System Management (trouble tickets) – input, re-route, field, and escalate as appropriate.
- Conduct appropriate troubleshooting and remediation activities to include coordinating with System Owners, Product Team, and Migration Team for issues and coordinating with the appropriate team and/or personnel.
- Complete regular maintenance on all systems / applications. This includes regular patching and vulnerability remediation and addressing end of service/end of life replacements.
- Complete approved configuration updates/changes and escalate where required if high-level architectural updates are needed.
- Experience in Azure Cloud environments
- CompTIA Security Certification
- BS or equivalent experience 8 yrs experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance or TS with SCI Eligibility
- $160,000 - $185,000 *depending on experience*
