Responsibilities for the Senior Technical Recruiter include:
- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring solutions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent to support current and future hiring needs across the business.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide reporting, workforce insights, and hiring updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with ATS processes, OFCCP guidelines, EEOC regulations, and internal recruiting procedures.
- 8 years of technical recruiting experience; government contracting recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, social media recruiting tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, compensation discussions, recruiting analytics, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience OR 12 years of relevant recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
- No clearance required.
