Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support continued growth across the enterprise. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments and experience supporting a wide range of technical, operational, and professional positions.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for operational, technical, and specialized positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Lead advanced sourcing initiatives and develop creative strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, providing market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and effective hiring strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and positive hiring process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and recruiting effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and contribute to broader talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success managing high-volume requisitions and complex hiring needs.
- Proven ability to source and place candidates in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of technical, operational, and professional positions, including areas such as engineering, information technology, cybersecurity, finance, contracts, and other specialized functions.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and candidate experience.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar resources.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build partnerships with business leaders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent acquisition technologies.
- Experience supporting organizations with government, defense, or highly regulated industry customers is a plus.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
