Responsibilities of the Senior Software Developer:
- Define technical strategies for data governance, metadata management, and integration platforms
- Lead design and deployment of solutions leveraging Collibra APIs, Edge Server, and Java-based microservices
- Implement automated data ingestion, lineage tracking, and governance workflows using event-driven tools
- Oversee cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD automation pipelines.
- 10 years of experience in software development with strong Java expertise
- Proven experience with Collibra, Collibra APIs, and Edge Server integration (required)
- Strong background in leading federal IT projects and collaborating with technical and business teams
- Experience with Kafka, AWS Glue and metadata automation
- Experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation
- Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD Pipelines
- Must have an ACTIVE DHS Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salary Range: Between $135,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
