• Capture stakeholder perspectives and weave them into ongoing enhancements.

Must-Haves

• A Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for tech or engineering fields.
• Three or more years of experience coding on the Pega Platform.
• Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification; Lead System Architect (LSA) is a plus.
• Skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or other coding languages.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and break them down for action.
