The Full Stack Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and modern full stack technologies. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can independently plan, build, and deploy production-grade systems that integrate AI agents into real business workflows.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Software Engineer include:
- Design and implement AI agent systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Develop and maintain full stack applications leveraging Dataverse and modern backend frameworks
- Build and optimize automation workflows to streamline logistics and operational processes
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) into production systems for real-world use cases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions
- Lead technical planning and architecture decisions for automation initiatives
- Troubleshoot, test, and deploy scalable solutions with minimal oversight
- Microsoft certification in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or related technologies
- Proven, hands-on experience building production-level Copilot Studio agents (not demos/tutorials)
- Strong full stack development experience with Dataverse and backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience integrating and using AI tools such as Claude in real applications
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a small, collaborative team environment
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
