Responsibilities for the Safety Professional Lead include:
- Lead and manage site‑wide Safety, Health, and Risk Management programs for a large, multi‑year construction project
- Develop, implement, and maintain Site‑Specific Safety Plans, Accident Prevention Programs (APP), and Operational Risk Management (ORM) processes
- Coordinate with customers, project leadership, and subcontractors regarding site conditions, non‑compliance notices, and mitigation strategies
- Conduct safety training, incident investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance activities (OSHA, DOT, EM‑385)
- Support project safety budgeting, permitting, emergency response planning, and continuous safety culture improvement
- 5-10 years of experience (depending on educaiton level) supporting construction or industrial safety environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926, EM‑385‑1‑1, accident investigation, Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), and safe work practices
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
