Program Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager located in Washington, DC to join a leading organization in the financial services industry. In this role, you will oversee strategic transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams including services, process owners, regional operations, and solution managers from project inception through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve transformation objectives and strategic goals.
• Define program scope, deliverables, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and budgets in partnership with stakeholders.
• Facilitate structured decision-making and resolve conflicts through Key Business Decisions (KBDs) and Key Design Decisions (KDDs).
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience as a Program Manager.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and tiger teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational structures within Materials, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment domains.
• Active Secret Security Clearance
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually.
