Essential Duties of the Project Leader:
- Leading the design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems
- Developing and maintaining project schedules in MS Project
- Coordinating and running a project kick-off meeting (PKOM) and key monthly project (KPR) reviews
- Preparing design/build project estimates and presenting proposals to customers
- Forecasting cash flow and manpower needs for projects
- Assuring a timely completion of a project including the completion of punch-list items, the submittal of accurate as-built drawings, operation, and maintenance manuals
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction specific to Telecommunications & Security Systems with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Science, Information Technology, Construction Management, or Engineering discipline
- Proficiency in the Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling Method and General Contractor Schedules
- Extensive experience leading diverse teams & projects with construction budgets valued between $500K - $10M in Telecommunication Scopes
- Minimum 4 years of experience & established knowledge in complex markets on projects specific to Federal Aviation, & Government Airports, Higher-Education, Information Transit Systems
- Experience in construction of low-voltage/ISP/OSP environments
- $120,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
