Piper Companies is seeking a PowerPoint Presentation SME to support a major Consumer Banking organization within a federally chartered credit union. This position is hybrid on-site in Tysons Corner (McLean), VA, with a minimum of three days per week onsite. The Presentation SME will act as a strategic storytelling and executive communication partner, translating complex business initiatives into compelling, executive-ready presentations that drive alignment, decisions, and momentum across the organization.

- Partner directly with Directors and Senior Vice Presidents to develop executive-level presentations and business narratives
- Translate complex consumer banking initiatives into clear, concise, and visually compelling decks and sales enablement materials
- Create presentation prototypes, strawman decks, executive summaries, and strategic updates for high-visibility initiatives
- Determine optimal visual storytelling approaches, including charts, layouts, and narrative flow to maximize impact
- Identify content gaps, misalignment, or bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions to improve executive communication
- 5 years of experience supporting executive presentations, business analysis, consulting, or sales enablement functions
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, including visual storytelling and executive polish
- Strong business acumen with the ability to extract insights, define the “so what,” and communicate implications clearly
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent demonstrated business and storytelling expertise
- Salary Range: $80,000-125,000 **depending on experience***
