The MECM Engineer will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and security of mission systems by leading software deployments, patch management, and operating-system imaging using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

Responsibilities of the MECM Engineer:
- Administer and maintain the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) infrastructure to support thousands of endpoints.
- Design and execute software packaging, application deployment, patch management, and OS imaging across enterprise networks.
- Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service-desk teams to ensure seamless endpoint operations and security compliance.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline MECM processes and improve deployment accuracy.
- Monitor patching and deployment compliance, providing reporting and metrics using SSRS or Power BI.
- Troubleshoot issues related to task sequences, distribution points, and client health to ensure efficient system performance.
- Support integration and co-management scenarios with Intune and Autopilot for hybrid device environments.
- Contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures, and continuous-improvement initiatives in endpoint management.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance (required)
- 5 years of experience in endpoint management and systems administration using MECM/SCCM in enterprise environments
- Experience with operating-system deployment (OSD), task sequences, and application packaging
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
- Experience with patch management, compliance reporting, and client health remediation
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows 10/11 administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred: Experience with Intune, Autopilot, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, and Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102)
- Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 (based on experience and clearance level)
