- Maintain and Troubleshoot IP Voice Infrastructure - Support a resilient voice and video communications network using Juniper and Cisco devices, ensuring secure and uninterrupted service
- Configure and Manage Voice Network Components - Implement route plans, device profiles, calling search spaces, and partitions across Cisco, Avaya, and Oracle platforms
- Perform Advanced Fault Analysis - Diagnose complex issues related to SIP signaling, remote site registration, media flow, and routing/switching configurations
- Support Distributed Firewall and Security Protocols - Maintain firewall infrastructure and contribute to secure voice traffic using protocols like SRTP, IPSec, and BGP
- Monitor and Optimize Network Performance – Utilize SolarWinds for proactive monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning of voice and video systems
- Operate and Manage OCOM Tools – Leverage OCOM for operational command and management of enterprise voice services within DoD NOC environments
- Integrate and Maintain Ribbon Solutions – Support and troubleshoot Ribbon Communications platforms for secure voice and video traffic
- Document and Execute Change Management - Validate configuration changes, maintain technical documentation, and participate in capacity planning and system updates
- Collaborate in NOC Operations and On-Call Support - Provide ongoing support for global DoD voice services, including rotating on-call responsibilities and cross-functional coordination
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, Master’s with less than 2 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong Layer 3 Networking Expertise - deep understanding of routing and switching, especially with Juniper devices; JNCIA preferred, CCNA acceptable
- Experience with Enterprise Voice Platforms – Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Avaya Aura, Oracle SBCs, and Ribbon Communications solutions
- Proficiency with Network Monitoring Tools – Demonstrated experience using SolarWinds for monitoring and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with OCOM Operations – Ability to manage and operate OCOM tools for DoD voice service environments
- SIP Signaling and Call Flow Expertise – Advanced troubleshooting of SIP-related issues across complex voice networks
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Sec , CySA , GIAC, GSEC, GICSP, CND, ISC SSCP, SSCP)
- SIP Signaling and Call Flow Proficiency - Expertise in diagnosing and resolving SIP-related issues across complex voice networks
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Salary: $62,000-65,000 **depending on experience**
