Responsibilities for the Electrical Foreman:
- Plan, organize, and schedule crews to complete assigned work orders.
- Assure crews meet daily productivity benchmarks and submit daily hour/unit reports.
- Perform quality control inspections following established QC plans and checklists.
- Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update weekly.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned and left in broom-swept condition daily.
- 6 years of experience in the electrical industry
- Ability to ensure installation meets/exceeds codes, contractual obligations, best practices, and Corporate Quality Policy.
- Experience implementing Project Quality Plans and participating in QAQC processes, including inspections and discrepancy resolution.
- Strong understanding of quality documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Previous experience working as a Foreman/Lead managing large teams
- Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment management.
- Ability to read and interpret contract drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $108,000 depending on experience.
