Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deputy Project Leader to support a company focused on large‑scale commercial infrastructure and construction projects. This position is on‑site in Memphis, Tennessee supporting a multi‑year airport terminal construction project scheduled through 2030. This is a direct-hire opportunity supporting a national leader in secure, resilient power and technology systems. The Deputy Project Leader (DPL) will support the full lifecycle execution of the construction project, with a focus on estimating, scheduling, and financial management. This role plays a critical part in delivering mission-critical aviation infrastructure that supports secure federal operations.

- Support projects from bid through closeout, including estimating, scheduling, and execution oversight
- Develop and manage project schedules using CPM methodology in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Build detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, subcontractors, travel, and equipment
- Track and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of telecom infrastructure projects
- 3–5 years of experience managing telecommunications or low-voltage infrastructure projects ($500K–$10M )
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel for scheduling and financial tracking
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems (fiber optics, structured cabling, CCTV, OSP/ISP, DAS)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 depending on experience
