Job Summary
We’re looking for a Project Leader to drive warehouse and logistics process improvements using Lean principles, data analysis, and engineered labor standards. The role includes conducting time studies, analyzing productivity data, supporting LMS (NextView), and designing incentive-based compensation programs. The candidate will also perform AutoCAD-based layout analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and quality in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineered labor standards design, validation, and deployment
- Conduct time studies and improve warehouse labor standards
- Configure and maintain LMS (NextView) standards
- Analyze productivity, utilization, and operational performance data
- Design incentive-based compensation programs
- Support Lean initiatives (Kaizen, 6S, RCA)
- Perform warehouse layout analysis using AutoCAD
- Deliver training on LMS and labor standards
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency
Experience Required
- 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, industrial engineering, or project/operations improvement roles within the medical device industry.
- Strong industrial engineering background
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Experience working in regulated or structured environment
Required Skills & Certifications
- Project Management (PMP preferred)
- Lean Principles / Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
- AutoCAD
- Data Analysis & MS Office
- LMS tools (NextView preferred)
- Experience with incentive-based compensation programs
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Salary
The hourly rate for this position is $40 – $44 per hour ( DOE )
