Datacenter Engineer – TS/SCI FSP

Zachary Piper is seeking a Datacenter Engineer – TS/SCI Full Scope Poly for a leading government-focused IT organization in Reston, VA. The Datacenter Engineer – TS/SCI FSP will have strong experience in Linux and Windows systems, virtualization, networking, and storage. The Datacenter Engineer – TS/SCI FSP is a opportunity with positions available onsite in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities for the Datacenter Engineer – TS/SCI FSP include:

• Build, deploy, and support mission-essential networks in secure environments
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network functions (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
• Administer Linux and Windows systems in a data center environment
• Support virtualized environments using VMware vSphere
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM and ICD guidelines
• Assist in creating and managing System Security Plans (SSPs) and PO&AM documentation
• Support accreditation processes for secure systems
• Perform system patching and vulnerability remediation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure operations
  
  

Requirements for the Datacenter Engineer – TS/SCI FSP include:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a full scope Polygraph (FSP)
• Experience with DIACAP, NISPOM, and ICD compliance requirements
• Proficiency in AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10
• Strong background in Linux systems and virtualization (VMware)
• DoD 8570 certification (e.g., CISSP, Security , CISA, GSEC, CAP, SCNA, SCNP, SSCP, GSLC, GSE)
• Ability to work onsite in Reston, VA.
• Strong multitasking and team collaboration skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
  
  

Compensation for the Datacenter Engineer – TS/SCI FSP:

• $180,000–$190,000 annually
• Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and sick leave as required by law
