The Chief Engineer will lead technical strategy, engineering execution, and multi‑domain integration across air, space, maritime, and land systems. Responsibilities for the Chief Engineer include:
- Lead multi‑disciplinary IPTs to develop advanced software and hardware prototypes supporting command and control across all domains
- Define and execute systems engineering strategies, technical roadmaps, and integrated development plans
- Provide technical leadership to ~75 engineers, ensuring execution excellence and engineering rigor
- Oversee supplier technical performance and ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Drive process improvements, reduce technical risk, and ensure effective collaboration with internal teams, customers, and partners
- 10 years of engineering experience with 5 years leading programs or teams
- 1–2 years of space domain experience
- Demonstrated experience with product development and systems engineering across lifecycle phases
- Experience with joint all‑domain command and control concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / SCI clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Salary Range: $180,000-200,000 **depending on experience
