Responsibilities of the MBSE Systems Engineer (Levels 1–3):
$85,000 – $135,000 annually based on experience

Responsibilities of the MBSE Systems Engineer (Levels 1–3):
- Support system architecture development and decomposition using MBSE methodologies (SysML, Cameo, MSOSA)
- Assist in defining system functions, interfaces, and requirements across multiple engineering domains
- Contribute to requirements decomposition, traceability, and documentation within MBSE models
- Participate in system integration, verification, and validation (V&V) activities
- Support trade studies, system analysis, and design reviews to meet program objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including software, hardware, and systems teams
- Maintain and update MBSE artifacts within a digital engineering ecosystem
- Support implementation of MBSE best practices across the program lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- 0–8 years of systems engineering experience depending on level
- Experience or exposure to MBSE methodologies, SysML, and modeling tools such as Cameo or MSOSA
- Understanding of systems engineering fundamentals including requirements, integration, and testing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exposure to aerospace, defense, or mission systems environments preferred
- Experience supporting digital engineering environments is a plus
