Key Responsibilities
- Document clear, testable requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Develop test cases and maintain a requirements traceability matrix.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and efficiency.
- Support operations and help desk functions during absences or surge periods.
- Ensure Section 508 compliance considerations during requirements definition and testing.
- Contribute to program documentation including weekly status reports, monthly progress reports, and stakeholder briefings.
- Active DHS Clearance or Top Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- 3 years of specialized experience in business analysis and/or QA.
- Experience gathering and refining requirements with stakeholders and technical SMEs.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Experience developing traceability matrices.
- Hands-on experience executing test cases and recording test results.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, TestRigor, or comparable frameworks.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
