Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys building relationships and helping people
• Is confident communicating in person and over the phone

Preferred Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients
• Connect with agency purchased leads to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients and recommend personalized insurance solutions
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other Farmers Insurance products
• Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Maintain organized client records and manage your sales pipeline using our CRM
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
• Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity in the community
