You will also serve as the eyes and ears on the ground, identifying employee relations issues and management concerns, and escalating them to headquarters in a timely manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

4. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, and advise management on compliance implications

- HR Operations & Employee Relations

1. Serve as a visible, approachable HR contact for employees across all U.S. locations, answering questions and explaining policies

2. Address employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and fact-finding as needed

3. Administer performance management processes, including corrective action and performance improvement plans

4. Support employee engagement and retention efforts

- HQ Liaison & Local Insights

1. Act as the primary interface between U.S. operations and headquarters (China) on all HR-related matters

2. Communicate and cascade headquarters' HR policies, programs, and initiatives to U.S. employees

3. Provide localized feedback and recommendations to headquarters on how to adapt global policies for the U.S. market

4. Identify and escalate employee relations issues, management concerns, and operational risks to headquarters in a timely manner
