Position Overview
We are seeking a caring, collaborative, and reflective Float-Assistant Teacher to support our lead educators in fostering a joyful, inquiry-based classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about equitable education and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
At least 1 year of direct experience in an early childhood setting (Infant/Toddler - Preschool).
Good written and oral communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of Early Childhood Education.

- This role will travel/ flex between our five locations.
- Support the Lead Teacher in implementing a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
- Foster a warm, responsive, and respectful relationship with children and families.
- Observe and document children’s interests and developmental progress.
- Assist with preparing materials and maintaining a welcoming, organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in planning and reflection meetings.
- This role will travel/ flex between our five locations.
- Support a classroom culture of inclusion, curiosity, and mutual respect.
