What are the responsibilities and job description for the FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST- Per Diem position at YWCA CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS INC?
As a Per Diem Receptionist , you will provide coverage to support the overall operations of the Association which promotes the highest quality of customer service for members, participants and the public in a profession/confidential manner.
Hours: On-call, as needed - availability between 6am and 2pm a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles all incoming and outgoing calls, page staff and residents, and accepts and relays accurate and clearly defined messages.
- Greets and directs public to various locations and meetings in the building.
- Provides information to public regarding programs, workshops, membership, parking and other relevant procedures.
- Provides program and membership information to the public, closes sales, and relays all internal communications as necessary via intercom.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 yrs or older
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Detail-orientated, organized and self motivated.
- Excellent communication, people and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks
- Be available to work holidays & weekends
