Program Director – Victims' Resource Center
The YWCA Bradford is seeking a full-time Program Director to lead our Victims’ Resource Center (VRC), a 24/7 program providing trauma-informed services to individuals impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault throughout McKean County.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing program operations, staff supervision, compliance, and community partnerships while supporting a dedicated, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to VRC staff
- Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate team members
- Ensure high-quality, survivor-centered, trauma-informed services
- Oversee program operations and maintain regulatory and funder compliance
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Manage departmental budgets in collaboration with the Executive and Finance Directors
- Build and maintain community partnerships and promote VRC services
- Participate in agency initiatives, committees, and fundraising efforts
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
- Minimum of two years of supervisory or administrative experience in human services; DV/SA experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, crisis-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Commitment to the mission and values of the YWCA
- Background clearances, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record required
