The Opportunity
As Vice President of Operations, you'll serve as the founders' Chief Integrator, partnering closely with Josh and Yesenia to turn strategic priorities into disciplined execution. You'll align leaders around shared goals, strengthen operational systems, build accountability across departments, and ensure the organization continues moving forward with clarity and momentum.
You'll lead the operating rhythm of the business while helping create the structure, leadership cadence, and organizational capacity that allow the founders to remain focused on vision, relationships, and long-term growth. Success in this role comes from building strong leaders, creating scalable systems, and helping the organization execute consistently without relying on founder involvement in day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution & Operational Excellence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, quarterly priorities, and organizational execution across the business
- Facilitate EOS operating rhythms, including Level 10 Meetings, IDS sessions, Quarterly Rocks, and scorecards
- Build executive dashboards, monitor KPIs, and improve visibility into organizational performance
- Remove execution bottlenecks while strengthening operational efficiency and accountability
2. HR, People & Culture
- Lead, coach, and develop department leaders while reinforcing accountability and organizational standards
- Oversee leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Partner with Finance, legal counsel, and HR partners on workforce planning, compliance, and people operations
- Strengthen company culture through leadership development, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
3. Executive Partnership & Founder Enablement
- Translate founder priorities into clear execution plans and organizational initiatives
- Prepare executive reporting, meeting agendas, dashboards, and follow-up on strategic commitments
- Evaluate organizational capacity and recommend sequencing of priorities based on business needs
- Surface execution risks, resource constraints, and opportunities for improvement
4. Organizational Systems
- Design and improve scalable operational systems, SOPs, and knowledge management processes
- Lead AI and automation initiatives that improve efficiency across departments
- Standardize operational workflows, reporting systems, and technology platforms
- Build repeatable processes that support sustainable organizational growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of progressive operational leadership experience in high-growth entrepreneurial organizations managing 7 direct reports
- Experience serving as a Chief Integrator, VP of Operations, Chief of Staff, or comparable executive operations leadership role
- Experience within a coaching, agency, membership, education, SaaS, or professional services organization with $10M in annual revenue
- Experience with ClickUp (or similar), Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HRIS platforms, AI tools and automation platforms, dashboard and reporting platforms
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Logistics and Compensation
- In Person: Miami, FL
- Hours: Full-time, 9am-5pm ET with flexibility
- Expected Start Date: 9/1/26
- Compensation: $170,000–$190,000 base salary plus performance incentive
- Benefits: Details will be shared with finalists
