Vice President Operations

Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees day-to-day operational performance, ensuring efficient processes, quality service delivery, and alignment with organizational goals. The VP Operations will lead cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, implement operational best practices, and manage key initiatives to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership on strategy execution, monitoring key performance indicators, overseeing budgets and resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement across departments. The role also involves fostering a culture of accountability, coaching managers, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management to oversee daily activities, streamline processes, and support scalable growth.
• Proficiency in P&L Management to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive cost-effective decision-making.
• Strong background in Customer Service to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in Strategic Planning to set operational priorities, align initiatives with organizational objectives, and support long-term growth.
• Solid Project Management skills to lead complex initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior operations role, ideally within a multi-site or fast-growing organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong competency in using data and KPIs to guide actions.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site leadership in Miami, FL with remote collaboration.
