Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control & Customer Operations Specialist to support customer communications, production planning, sales operations, and supply chain coordination.
This role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and overseas manufacturing facilities, ensuring accurate planning, timely delivery, and efficient business operations.
We welcome those who have no prior experience. You will receive fully paid training for those tasks that satisfy Hyundai-specific quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Sales Operations Coordinator
- Receive customer production schedules and manage SAP data input
- Perform shortage analysis and create shipment orders
- Develop monthly sales plans and support annual business planning
- Prepare customer-required documents and coordinate with internal departments
- Communicate with overseas production sites (Mexico) regarding production schedules
- Share production line availabilities considering international holiday schedules
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage customer complaints
Sales Operations & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare daily shipment reports and monthly delivery summaries
- Reconcile delivery data with customer records
- Manage monthly shipment data and accounts receivable status
- Issue and manage invoices
- Process SAP sales transactions and coordinate with the finance team
- Prepare monthly sales closing reports
- Follow up on outstanding payments when necessary
Country of Origin Compliance
- Manage country-of-origin documentation for imported products
- Maintain origin qualification ratios for products manufactured in Mexico
- Prepare documentation in response to customer origin-related requests
Additional Responsibilities
- Support new customer setup, including vendor and banking registration (in coordination with finance)
- Prepare finished goods inventory audit reports
- Prepare corrective action reports for inbound product issues and customer claims
Qualifications
- Driver License Required
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Have Positive Mind
- No prior experience required
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
