The Growth & Strategic Initiatives pillar exists to build what does not yet exist. This team serves as the back door to the business focused on lower-funnel impact, emerging platforms, new monetization models, and scalable creator-led growth opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will operate as a highly autonomous builder. What You'll Do
- Lead Growth & Innovation Pilots: Independently design and execute creator-led pilots across emerging platforms, formats, and monetization models. You will own pilots end to end, from hypothesis and strategy through execution, measurement, and recommendations.
- Drive Lower-Funnel & Affiliate Expansion: Partner with affiliate, paid media, and product teams to integrate creators into lower-funnel strategies. You will help establish repeatable frameworks that connect creator activity to traffic, conversion, and ROI.
- Explore Emerging Platforms: Test new creator platforms, tools, and product-adjacent opportunities. Identify scalable use cases tied to platform evolution and creator behavior.
- Support Geo Expansion: Contribute to creator pilots in new markets, balancing global governance with local relevance.
- Operate as a Strategic Generalist: Flex across strategy, execution, analysis, and operational problem-solving as needed. You will build strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, product, affiliates, and regional teams.
Experience & Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or adjacent fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous initiatives with minimal direction.
- Strong understanding of lower-funnel KPIs, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Comfort operating across strategy and execution, with a willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to strategic recommendations.
