Duties:
- Prepare and roll sushi according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all sushi dishes are presented attractively and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Assist in stocking and rotating ingredients to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate orders efficiently
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in sushi preparation
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist where needed
- Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with meal preparation, cooking, catering, and food safety practices
- Dietary aide experience is a plus
