This job reports to Payroll Supervisor
**Essential Functions**
- Assists other staff, site personnel and a variety of outside parties
providing support for completing transactions, identifying
appropriate action and/or complying with established financial
procedures.
- Compiles payroll information related to work assignments (e.g.
reimbursements, employee deductions, missed time card punches,
overtime reports, etc.) for the purpose of providing required
documentation and/or processing information.
- Conducts health insurance orientations (e.g. introducing personnel,
employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative
processes.
- Coordinates the payroll process with other departments and sites for

- Distributes payroll and other documents for the purpose of providing
- Implements state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to

- Maintains a variety of payroll information, files and records (e.g.

- Researches discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation
accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing.
- Responds to inquiries regarding payroll procedures (e.g. wage levies

- Reviews payroll and a variety of insurance-related information (e.g.
