Yum Clouds – Commission-Only Sales Representative

Yum Clouds is a fast-growing, New Mexico-born cannabis edibles brand with clean, functional gummies now in 200 stores statewide. We are seeking experienced, self-driven commission-only Sales Representatives to grow territory revenue through new account acquisition and consistent reorder volume.
This role is for true producers — quota performance is required.
Responsibilities
- Open new retail dispensary accounts
- Grow and maintain existing accounts
- Secure reorders and increase SKU count per store
- Educate budtenders on product lines, cannabinoids, and sell-through
- Maintain regular store visits and weekly communication
- Track accounts, orders, and pipeline activity
- Professionally represent Yum Clouds in all retailer interactions
Performance Expectations (Required)
- Monthly revenue quota must be met
- Minimum new account openings per month
- Minimum reorder volume per territory
- Failure to meet quota may result in territory reassignment or termination
Requirements
- Proven cannabis sales experience required
- Strong understanding of edibles, cannabinoids, and dosing
- Ability to clearly explain Live Rosin vs distillate products
- Organized, reliable, and self-directed
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Comfortable working 100% commission-only
