What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through consultations and whitening sessions with confidence and care
- Sell whitening treatment plans and retail products using a proven process
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals
- Maintain a professional, compliant, and welcoming studio environment
- Collaborate with leadership for continued growth and skill development
You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:
- 2 years of commission-based sales experience (fitness, solar, auto, telecom, or pest control)
- Strong interpersonal and closing skills
- A coachable, performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
