TITLE: K-6th GRADE CAMP INVENTION PE INSTRUCTOR
QUALIFICATIONS: Certified Teacher as set by the State
REPORTS TO: Camp Invention Director
JOB GOAL: Camp Invention Instructors engage children through hands-on, inquiry-based activities that are part of an overall story line and theme. Instructors will facilitate project-based learning, practicing divergent and convergent thinking, incorporating open-ended instruction, and implementing tips for teams.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Flexible, creative, and enthusiastic
- Passionate about engaging children
- Interested or experienced in student-led learning
- Experience working with students grades K-6th
- Take necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment and facilities
- Accept the responsibility and arrives punctually for activities and duties as assigned
- Establish and maintains cooperative relations with co-workers
- Meet and instruct assigned class at the designated time
PRIMARY LOCATION: Yukon High School
SHIFT TIME: June 8th -19TH from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
