Administrative Assistant / Property Management Intern

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant / Property Management Intern to provide essential administrative support and assist with day-to-day property management operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in leasing administration, compliance, and property management while supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and track leasing, compliance, and other property management documents.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange property-related appointments.
  • Scan, file, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative assistance to property managers and other team members.
  • Support tenant relations through communication, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing reports, forms, and other operational materials.
  • Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and exercising good judgment.
  • Reliable, dependable, and professional in demeanor and presentation.
  • Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Prior experience or coursework in property management, business administration, or real estate is a plus (not required).
