Administrative Assistant / Property Management Intern
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant / Property Management Intern to provide essential administrative support and assist with day-to-day property management operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in leasing administration, compliance, and property management while supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and track leasing, compliance, and other property management documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange property-related appointments.
- Scan, file, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative assistance to property managers and other team members.
- Support tenant relations through communication, documentation, and follow-up.
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and other operational materials.
- Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
