Job Summary
Working in collaboration with Class Teacher in all aspects of the daily rhythm in the younger grades, extended into afternoon care if contracted, to promote self-directed, reflective learning for individual students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Patience, punctuality, conscientious work, dependability. Waldorf experience and experience working with elementary aged students in a school setting preferred. Successful applicant must agree to background check and fingerprinting, as well as TB test. Bachelor’s degree desired. Ability to work with children. Ability to support an age appropriate program. Support teachers in facilitating students’ development, establish and maintain student behavior standards, and support students’ progress.
