Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and deliver an excellent experience for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being a key part of a growing office.

Responsibilities

* Schedule and set client appointments by phone

* Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain accurate calendars

* Send birthday and follow-up cards to clients

* Order and manage office supplies

* Process and maintain client accounts

* Organize and coordinate office luncheons and events

* Handle bill payments and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

* Support payroll processing

Qualifications

* Strong communication and phone skills

* Professional and friendly demeanor with clients

* Excellent organizational and time management abilities

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, office software)

* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

* Previous administrative or office experience preferred

* Experience in financial services or customer service is a plus

* Experience with Raymond James systems or environment is highly desirable

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
