The ideal candidate will: • Provide engaging, standards-based instruction • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment • Support diverse learners through differentiation and assessment • Collaborate with colleagues as part of a professional learning community Credential Requirement Must hold an appropriate, valid California Single Subject Educational Specialist Mild/Mod. Credential authorizing teaching in grades 9–12. EL/CLAD authorization required, or out-of-state equivalent. Note: Out-of-state candidates without EL or CLAD authorization will be considered if the candidate agrees to apply for emergency authorization and obtain the required authorization within one year of hiring.
