We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Account Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team in Port Reading, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily financial operations, including the verification, classification, and recording of accounts payable data.
- Coordinate with warehouse managers to validate invoices and provide support on all accounts payable inquiries.
- Process outgoing payments in accordance with established financial policies and procedures.
- Resolve billing discrepancies by maintaining clear and consistent communication with vendors.
- Ensure timely distribution of payment remittances to vendors.
- Maintain compliance with accounts payable regulations, including W-9 forms, sales tax, and other applicable requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial experience (exceptional recent graduates may also be considered).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and process enhancement.
- Capable of following verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with warehouse expense accounting is a big plus
- Mandarin speaking is required
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 / Year
