About the Role:
YPrime’s eCOA Delivery team is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the execution of clinical trial technology projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help deliver software solutions from study start-up through maintenance and closeout. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized, supporting client communication, and helping ensure a strong day-to-day experience for both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery across the full project lifecycle, including maintenance through system deactivation and archival
- Assist in coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep work on track
- Support client communication, including tracking open items, preparing status updates, and participating in status meetings
- Help gather and document system requirements and support internal and client review meetings
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Technical, QA) to support execution and issue resolution
- Assist with project documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal standards
- Participate in system updates and releases, including supporting system testing activities
- Help monitor timelines and flag risks or delays to the project team
- Support client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, especially during maintenance activities
- Provide support to system users via phone and email, escalating issues as needed
- Track action items and follow through to resolution
- Perform other related duties as required

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or a related role
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or technology environments preferred
- Exposure to eClinical systems (eCOA, IRT, or similar) is a plus
- Database querying or technical experience preferred
