Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during busy service hours
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, stoves, and food processors
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances in compliance with food safety standards
- Support menu planning by preparing ingredients in advance and managing portion control
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth workflow
- Follow food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and prevent cross-contamination
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food preparation methods
- Knowledge of food safety management and adherence to safety standards in production environments
- Experience with meal preparation, recipe adherence, and catering is a plus

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
