Warehouse Associate
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable Warehouse team member to join our company. You'll handle day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, works well on their feet, is strong and likes to be in an active environment. This role requires that the team member takes pride in keeping things extremely organized and moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with shipping standards
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation for accuracy
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software, including cycle counts and stock updates
- Operate pallet jacks safely to load and unload goods
- Restock shelves and organize warehouse storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse space
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and productivity goals, ensuring timely order fulfillment and adherence to trade compliance regulations
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products to management
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality control
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- English Speaking required / bilingual Spanish also a plus

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
