Youthful Medical Spa is seeking a bubbly, warm, and professional Aesthetic Consultant / Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The ideal candidate is sales-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about aesthetics, with the ability to make every client feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
This role is unique because you will work directly inside the spa with warm, in-house clients. After their services, you will guide them through checkout while presenting additional treatments, memberships, and packages that enhance their results. Rather than chasing cold leads, you will build relationships and close sales with clients who are already engaged in our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Check out clients following their services and present memberships, packages, and treatment enhancements
- Build rapport quickly and ensure each guest feels welcome, comfortable, and cared for
- Educate clients on treatments, services, and memberships to create customized aesthetic plans
- Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
- Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text using platforms such as Mozeo, Demandforce, and Constant Contact
- Collaborate with providers and the management team to optimize patient scheduling and maximize revenue opportunities
- Manage client records, documentation, consents, and payment processing according to practice policies
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from voicemail, email, and online platforms
- Ensure treatment rooms and consultation areas are stocked, organized, and client-ready
- Participate in promotional events, trainings, and team meetings
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in medical aesthetics (medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment)
Preferred
- Background in aesthetic sales, patient consulting, or treatment coordination

Schedule & Availability
Candidates must have open availability during spa hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM
Additional Requirements:
- Saturday availability is required (typically 2-3 Saturdays per month)
- This position is not compatible with candidates currently attending school or requiring set days off
