- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all members and guests.
- Welcome guests, answer questions, and assist with spa services and general information.
- Answer telephone calls and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Perform general reception and cashiering duties accurately.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Use computer and reservation systems efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with spa providers and other departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Previous customer service, hotel, resort, spa, or reception experience is preferred.
- Computer and general cashiering experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must meet the Club’s professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Must consistently meet or exceed member, guest, and team expectations.
