An upscale aesthetics clinic in the Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Beach area is hiring a Clinic Supervisor/Sales Manager to oversee staff and daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with leadership experience who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise aestheticians, front desk team, and clinical staff
- Manage scheduling, client flow, and operational efficiency
- Oversee staff training, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with medical spa policies and safety regulations
- Partner with leadership to improve client experience and drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL SPA AESTHETICS OR PLASTIC SURGERY
- 2 years of supervisory experience in medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical spa treatments and operations
- Experience with spa/clinic management software a plus
