Part time/Full time Coolsculpting Technician

Job description

This can be a dual role of coolsculpting plus aesthetician or aesthetic consultant. There is a minimum of one Saturday weekly in aesthetician or aesthetic consultant role and combination roles on other days- 40 hour per week position- 5 days per week if hired for full time. Must be able to work until 7 pm two nights per week and 6 pm the remaining days.

We are looking for an eager, enthusiastic, reliable Coolsculpting Tech/Sales Consultant who is ready to help educate their clients achieve amazing results. We are a fast-growing facility that will also assist in growing your book. Looking for someone ready to work weekends, grow your book, and MUST be flexible with schedule.

Youthful Medical Spa is looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Aesthetic Consultant! The ideal candidate will serve as the face of YMS, working directly with patients to consult on their aesthetic goals, book appointments, answer patient questions, recommend further treatments, check out clients, and other administrative duties. This role is patient facing and must be reliable in interacting with patients in a fast-paced environment.

We are extremely busy and require at least 1-2 years of experience in the industry. (Medical Spa, Derm, Plastics) We REQUIRE a flexible schedule.

EACH WEEK VARIES AND FOR EXAMPLE ; WE CAN NOT GRANT MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS OR TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS OFF EACH WEEK. YOU MUST HAVE OPEN AND FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY TO WORK 40 HOURS EACH WEEK. Aesthetician Requirements:

• MUST have experience outside of school
• MUST be willing to work weekends and attend 1 monthly staff meeting during the week
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• High energy and positive attitude
• Self-Motivated
• Sales Experience

Preferred Qualities:

• Knowledge & experience with medical-grade skincare such as Skinmedica
• Experience with Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Clear&Brilliant, Exceed Microneedling by Candela, Thermage FLX, and other advanced modalities.
