Job Summary:
Monday-Friday: 8am to 5pm
$20-$22/hr depending on experience
We are seeking a detail oriented Inside Sales Support professional to manage day-to-day order processing and customer communication. This role focuses primarily on order entry, order printing, invoicing, and supporting customers, while also assisting with maintaining accurate product information across our customers’ online stores. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to work independently with a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Print, review, and release orders for fulfillment.
- Generate invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate internally to resolve order issues and discrepancies.
- Update and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Input and verify product data, including descriptions, specifications, SKUs, and pricing.
- Upload and manage product images.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain current product information and assets.
- Audit listings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Customer Service/Sales Support/Data Analyst experience preferred.
